Applications: Used in production of plastics, textiles and paints. Used as general solvent in vinyl films and nitrocellulose coatings. Used as solvent in felt adhesive production, in electroplating cold cleaning and vapor degreasing, in extraction, in metal degreasing, in paint stripping, in paper coating, for flexography and gravure printing, diazotype materials, in rubber production and applications such as wood varnishes.
